Shipping and Handling Terms for Insurance and Returns

Please read below our terms for Handling, Shipping, and Insurance of our items.

 

Handling

  • International customers may choose their local currency for convenience at the top or bottom of a page.
  • ShopPay© option, that allows you to pay in installments, may or may not be available depending on your country of residence.
  • Please allow up to 5 days for the shipment of in-stock items.
  • Custom orders may require between 1 and 6 weeks for completion.
  • Specific details will be discussed between the parties involved for clarity.

 

Shipping

  • Marina Korneev Fine Pearls provides free insured shipping within the Unites States (USPS Priority).
  • Different shipping options and associated prices are available at Checkout.
  • Note that choosing a different shipping method does not speed up the production time.
  • A shipping confirmation email, containing tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched.
  • For orders containing multiple items, we may ship separately if any item is not yet in stock due to pre-ordering.
  • In case of multiple orders, we may consolidate them into one shipment unless the customer requests otherwise.
  • For international shipping, USPS International Express, DHL, or UPS Express are available options. Free shipping is provided for all orders valued at $800 and above.
  • The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and related charges applicable.

 

Shipping Insurance Claims

  • If you encounter a non-delivery, or if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact us within 2 days to initiate a claim.
  • We will help you engage with the shipping carrier to carry out the claims process. Please note that claims usually take up to 30 days to complete, depending on the carrier.
  • Marina Korneev Fine Pearls is not responsible for packages reported as delivered by the carrier but not received by you. We do not offer replacements, refunds, or credits for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but not received by you, unless insurance funds can be collected.
