Handling
Please allow up to 5 business days for in-stock items to be carefully packaged and shipped. Custom orders require 1–6 weeks; timeline details will be confirmed between us before production begins.
Orders over $2,000 may require additional verification before shipment. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fully verified.
Shipping — United States
All US orders ship fully insured and carefully packaged. Available shipping options at checkout:
- FedEx Home Delivery (5–7 business days) — Free on all orders
- UPS 2nd Day Air (2–3 business days) — $30 on orders under $1,000
- UPS Next Day Air (1–2 business days) — $60 on orders under $1,000
- FedEx 2Day (2–3 business days) — $55 on orders $1,000–$4,999
- FedEx Priority Overnight (1–2 business days) — $110 on orders $1,000–$4,999; Free on orders $5,000 and above
For security, orders over $2,000 require a direct signature upon delivery. This ensures your piece is received safely and handed to the recipient in person.
Expedited or weekend delivery may require additional charges. Any such charges will be confirmed with you before shipment.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Your choice of shipping method does not affect production or handling time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you have ordered multiple items, pieces may ship separately if one is a custom order still in production. If you have placed multiple orders, we may consolidate them into a single shipment unless you request otherwise.

- UPS Standard (7–14 business days) — $25 on orders under $2,000; Free on orders $2,000 and above
- UPS 2nd Day Air (2–3 business days) — $65 on orders under $1,000
- UPS Next Day Air (1–2 business days) — $95 on orders under $1,000
- FedEx 2Day (2–3 business days) — $85 on orders $1,000 and above
- FedEx Priority Overnight (1–2 business days) — $140 on orders $1,000 and above
Shipping — UK & EU
- DHL Economy (5–8 business days) — $55 on orders under $2,000; Free on orders $2,000 and above
- DHL Express Worldwide — calculated at checkout
Shipping — Australia, Israel & New Zealand
- DHL Express (5–8 business days) — $95 on orders under $2,000; Free on orders $2,000 and above
- DHL Express Worldwide (2–3 business days) — $150
Customs & Import Duties
All customs duties, taxes, and related import charges on international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
Insurance & Claims
All orders are shipped fully insured. Once a package is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, you must contact us within 1 day of the reported delivery date to initiate a claim.
We will work with the carrier on your behalf to complete the claims process. Please note that claims can take up to 30 days to resolve depending on the carrier.
Marina Korneev Fine Pearls does not issue replacements, refunds, or credits for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier unless insurance funds are successfully recovered.
