Handling

Please allow up to 5 days for in-stock items to be shipped out.

Please allow 1 to 6 weeks for custom orders. Details vary and will be discussed between parties to clarify.

Shipping

Marina Korneev Fine Pearls offers free insured shipping in the USA to all orders. 

Shipping Options & Prices available at Checkout. 

Shipping method selection does not expedite production time.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
If you've ordered multiple items in one order, we may ship the pieces separately if an item is a custom piece and is not yet ready.

If you've placed multiple orders, we may batch them together as one shipment, unless otherwise requested by the customer. 

International Shipping is provided by USPS International Express, DHL or UPS Express upon Buyer's choice at Checkout.
All orders $800 and up ship free.
Please be advised that Buyer assumes all customs duties, taxes and all related charges.  

 

Insurance Claims
If you are experiencing a non-delivery, or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact us within 1 day to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: claims can take up to 30 days to complete depending on the shipping carrier.

Marina Korneev Fine Pearls does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier, but that you have not received. We do not issue replacements, refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered, but you have not received, unless we are able to collect the insurance funds.
